Works: Façades like Kaleidoscopes
In their designs, Baumschlager Eberle focus on landscapes, tradition and sustainability. By optimizing façade and building services they want to achieve energy values that are far below the standards of the respective countries. However, esthetics is still a concern. Among the most interesting works are the Norwesthaus in Fussach, Austria, a meeting point for yachtsman at Lake Constance, and the Hotel Cube Biberweier. Spatial structures and user requirements enter into a synthesis here. Everything you need for your work, for your leisure time, to communicate and to contemplate you will find here under one roof.
Glass, concrete and steel emphasize the cubic structure, boldly visible in front of the backdrop of the Tyrol mountains. The Baumschlager Eberle architects not only create architectural master pieces in front of the respective local backdrop, the also convince with appealing buildings on an international level.
Creative Achievement: Architecture for the Future
When the architects of Baumschlager Eberle design and build, they create sustainable concepts with a trend-setting usage. They have clear standards: Dietmar Eberle and Willem Bruijn develop solutions that live up to the requirements of our time. The regional context is still part of the building and integrated into the design as far as possible. Here, Eberle and Bruijn always consider architecture as art, creating space for individuals within a cultural context.
